"A Whole New (Black and) Blue"

Two of the biggest brawls on the baseball diamond this season have involved the last-place Los Angeles Dodgers.

First, there was Carlos Quentin vs. Zack Greinke in April ...

Then last night, there was the craziness between the Dodgers and the Arizona Diamondbacks, with Greinke once again involved ...

It should be noted that this was one of three batters hit during the game. Ian Kennedy also hit Yasiel Puig with a pitch in the sixth inning before doing this to Greinke in the bottom of the seventh, while Greinke issued the retaliatory strike by hitting Miguel Montero in the top of the seventh inning.

Between these two brawls and the 28-36 record, I don't think this is what the Dodgers had in mind when they chose the slogan, "A Whole New Blue."
