Buy, sell or stay: Minnesota Twins

I know the Minnesota Twins are nowhere close to being in contention for an American League playoff berth, but they may hold the key to some other team's success. First, let's take a look at what their strengths and weaknesses are in this edition of "Buy, sell or stay."

Strength: Veteran pieces. If the Twins could be persuaded into trading either of the two faces of their organization, Joe Mauer or Justin Morneau, they could help another team and (hopefully) help themselves in the process. Even if they don't move Mauer or Morneau, they could give Josh Willingham or Ryan Doumit a good home somewhere else.

Weakness: Starting pitching. You know your team is in trouble when Kevin Correia (career record 66-71 with a 4.51 ERA) is their ace. The Twins have a pitcher-friendly ball park. They should have a pitching staff that has a better home ERA than 4.34.

Buy, sell or stay the course? Since I already mentioned it in the strength category, the Twins need to swing some deals for some younger talent. Any help would be welcome on a team that a slightly-worse-than-average lineup and one of the worst pitching staffs in the game.
