Good morning
Ned Colletti -- general manager of the last-place Los Angeles Dodgers -- gave manager Don Mattingly a vote of confidence yesterday. Of course, Mattingly knows all about votes of confidence. He played for the New York Yankees, where votes of confidence given to managers came shortly before George Steinbrenner fired them.
